TwiKam Ltd can take care of your dedicated servers and keep them up to date and secure.
What we cover
We will maintain your server, apply all necessary security updates and perform initial configuration. We will install 3rd party software for you, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
You can submit a support ticket at any time and request work to be done. Please note, we don't include webdesign work as part of this service. We offer 2 types of management, basic for £20 per month or full management for £45 per month. No control panel needed, though we fully support cPanel and Directadmin.
Basic management includes:
- Firewall installation and configuration.
- Brute force detection and configuration.
- Remove unwanted software.
- Install any packages you require.
- Keep your server up to date with latest OS patches
Full management covers all the usual aspects, such as:
- Expert server optimisation for your particular applications.
- Firewall installation and configuration.

- Remove unwanted software.
- Install and configure any packages you require.
- Update everything to latest version including PHP, Apache etc.
- Setup logging.
- Install proactive monitoring software.
- Keep your server up to date with latest OS patches
- Configure automatic remote backups if you require.
- Numerous common system hardening procedures.
- Monitoring 24/7 so we can spot problems as they occur.
Nginx and high performance
We can install and configure nginx and setup other high performance systems for you, such as APC, memcached, and implement load balanced high performance hosting solutions.
Monitoring
All servers under our management are monitored 24/7 and we will attempt to solve issues as they occur.
Pricing
We charge either £20 or £45 per month per server depending on whether you want basic or full management. This includes all the services we have described above. There is no minimum contract, you can cancel at any time.
